Douglas Chandler Conducts Attorney Ethics and Professional Liability Seminar for Brunswick-Glynn County Bar Association

 In Georgia State Bar Grievances

On March 26, 2014, Douglas Chandler of Chandler Law and Aubrey Smith of ProAssurance presented a CLE seminar to approximately 40 members of the Glynn County Bar Association in Brunswick, GA. The seminar, entitled Risk Management, Legal Ethics and Professional Liability, covers ways that attorneys can improve internal and client communications, manage and minimize risk, and avoid issues that could potentially result in Bar Complaints or legal malpractice claims.

“We received a tremendous amount of positive feedback from our members,” commented Garret Meader, President of the Glynn County Bar Association. “I think everyone picked up several useful ideas that they can incorporate into their practices.”

Douglas Chandler regularly speaks on the topics of legal ethics, professional liability, and risk management. He recently published a white paper to help attorneys deal with Georgia State Bar disciplinary matters.
