Douglas Chandler, a Legal Malpractice attorney with Chandler Law, and David Moon, a Legal Technology and Cyber Security consultant will bring you a cybersecurity and legal ethics CLE course in November 2017 to educate legal professionals in the threats faced by law firms today with technology and malpractice avoidance.
The legal profession is a known target of the hacking world. Law firms have valuable information which the hackers want, and it is known that law firm security is perhaps one of the least sophisticated in the world.
Every day a law firm’s data is compromised. This seminar will educated the legal profession on how to better protect their clients data and avoid a malpractice claim or a state bar disciplinary grievance.
