Biography
Jacqueline Brenner Berger began her life in Brooklyn, New York, before relocating to South Florida to attend law school. She has been practicing law for over 43 years, during which time she concentrated on the areas of Real Estate, Family Law, Estate Planning, Trust and Estate Administration, and Bankruptcy. Jackie maintained her Florida legal practice for nearly 27 years before relocating to Georgia. In 2009, she was admitted to the Georgia Bar and established a specialized Estate Planning and Administration practice, dedicated to assisting both seniors and families of all ages with their estate planning needs. She joined Chandler-Law, LLC in 2024.
Earlier in her career, Jackie worked as a Trust Officer at TrustCorp, America in Washington, DC. Additionally, she has contributed to the legal community by teaching paralegal studies at the Legal Career Institute, a small college in southeast Florida. Her long and extensive experience is a valuable asset to the Chandler Law team.
Jackie is an active volunteer with several local health and food insecurity-related charities. She also served three years on the Board of Directors at her local synagogue and many years prior as Social Action Chairperson. She currently serves as Co-Chair of the Adult Education Committee.
In her spare time, Jackie enjoys spending time with her family, including her beloved four-legged companion (Auggie, a micro-bernesdoodle) and friends, traveling, attending theatre performances, enjoying and collecting art, and engaging in lifelong learning and research.
