Shaun Rooney grew up in central Illinois. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame. After graduation, Shaun worked as a middle school teacher for 7 years and an IT consultant for 3 years. He attended The University of Texas School of Law, where he served on the Editorial Board of the Texas Journal on Civil Liberties & Civil Rights.
Shaun has practiced for five years prior to joining Chandler Law, first as an in-house attorney for an Austin, Texas private equity firm and then as an attorney in King & Spalding’s Atlanta E-Discovery practice. Shaun is dedicated to achieving client success by providing high-quality, personalized legal services. He is committed to zealously representing his clients’ interests. Throughout his practice, Shaun has worked on both litigation and transactional matters. He is highly proficient in German and Danish and has done significant casework in both languages.
When not practicing law, Shaun enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
