Protect Your Law License, Reputation and Livelihood

At Chandler Law, we understand the unique challenges Georgia attorneys face in protecting their practices, reputations, and livelihoods. Our Membership Program provides affordable, proactive support through reliable legal updates, practical resources, and direct access to experienced malpractice and grievance prevention counsel. With malpractice premiums rising sharply in the first six years of practice and the cost of defending grievances or claims often reaching tens of thousands of dollars, the program offers lawyers peace of mind, discounted defense services, and the opportunity to address issues early—before they escalate. Led by Douglas Chandler, one of only two certified legal malpractice specialists in Georgia and a recognized leader in professional liability defense, our program empowers attorneys to reduce risk, save costs, and focus on serving their clients with confidence.

Why Membership Matters

Membership includes monthly group Zoom sessions for collaboration and best-practice sharing, plus a premium option with a personal 30-minute check-in each month with a Chandler Law attorney to address ethics concerns, malpractice prevention, client management, or career strategy. Members also receive quarterly Legal News & Practice Alerts with updates on Georgia law, ethics, and practice tips, along with discounted rates on CLE webinars, seminars, and other Chandler Law services. In addition, membership may qualify attorneys for percentage premium discounts with select insurance carriers—delivering both professional support and tangible savings.

Malpractice Insurance Costs:

Premiums rise 250%–300% in the first six years of continuous coverage—even with no claims filed. Any grievance or claim can send rates skyrocketing or cause non-renewal.

Grievance Costs:

  • Initial response: ~$6,500+
  • Stage Two: $17,200–$23,000
  • Formal Complaint & trial: $35,000–$100,000+

Membership gives you proactive access to Chandler Law to prevent, manage, and resolve these issues before they spiral into financial and reputational disasters.

As A Premium Member, With Whom Will I Be Speaking With During My Check-In Call?

A Chandler Law attorney experienced in professional responsibility, malpractice defense, and law firm management.

Can I use the call with a Chandler Law attorney for legal advice about my own cases?

An annual contract is required. However, you can choose to pay on a monthly basis or choose to take advantage of significant discounts by paying in advance. You can cancel with 60-days written notice and a refund of any future months paid in advance. If you cancel membership, your spot will be filled by someone on our waiting list and you may not be able to rejoin later.
